I love this place. Giovanni is super nice and a real car nerd just like my Dad and I. We love to go shopping and are treated wonderfully even if we are not buying. I also get my BMW 650i serviced there- They really do know their European cars. Thanks for keeping our cars always running strong! The lady that answers the phone is sooooo nice and really makes me feel taken care of!

"Five stars!" I had the best car-buying experience earlier today at RGV Auto Hub in San Benito, TX! From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming and professional. They had a great selection of cars and were very transparent about the pricing and options. Mr. Sergio went above and beyond to get me on the road again according to my budget.The process was fast and easy. I drove off the lot in a great vehicle feeling confident in my purchase. A very special thanks to the sales team, for going out of their way in having my car detailed and ready the same day!

Came in with my car needing a rear bumper. Asked Sergio if he could replace it in a week because I was leaving. To my surprise Sergio found the bumper, prep and painted it in 3 days (AMAZING). The over-the-top reason for my 5-star review is because Sergio also detailed the outside of my car for no additional charge. It looks brand new. When I drove away I realized he has also detailed the interior of my car. I text Sergio to thank him. His reply was, "That was my gift to your wife and you. Thank you for trusting my business with your automotive needs." WOW! What a nice Christmas gift! Sergio has 100% of my future biz. I'll tell everyone. TOP SHELF person. Very rare to meet this high quality of a business (and person) in 2024!

I have a 2015 Smart Car. Could not find anybody to install a clutch, until I found RGV Auto hub. They did a great job since no vibrations exist. If you do not install a clutch perfectly centered, you get vibrations. I wish the price would have been lower buy hey, they did me a favor...otherwise I would have to tow the car to Houston to get it worked on. Mike, Cindy and the Department mechanic manager treated me fairly. Thank you for reading my review:):):) Rich
